What we collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. That's it, we don't use tracking cookies, fingerprinting, or third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Why we collect it (lawful basis)
We process your email under your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the waitlist form. We use it for one purpose: to email you about Reinward's launch, early access, and product updates.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their own marketing. We may use a reputable email service provider (such as Mailchimp or Resend) to store the list and send messages, they process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, after which we remove it promptly.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To exercise any right, email privacy@reinward.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
